Despite my breakfast of potato skins and tostado nachos from TGI Friday’s, and despite my dinner of meat loaf, stuffing, creamy spinach, and cake from Boston Market, I STILL lost one pound and reversed the five-day slowdown plaguing my diet. I went down one pound to 178 lbs. A naughty weekend extending into Monday… ah, it destroyed my downward trend. But now I’ve gone down for the first time since last Friday.

I performed my first complete workout on Tuesday (orientation Friday, personal trainer’s free introduction on Monday). Ah, I am loving this exercise! Now to combine it with my previous diet regimen…
