But I understand Matt's reaction... how can being up by three games possibly go wrong? That was to be quite a devastating experience. It's lovely and all to win a ball game, but surely there are things of greater import to which to devote processed tree carcasses. New opera productions, for instance. My curmudgeounly approach is only exacerbated when NYC traffic reports are superseded by interminable live broadcasts from Yankees Stadium.
