Superb! Goodbye, Atkins… hello Hollando Diet Bars… Hollando Diet Cookbooks… I’m thinking of a whole new market here! We could make a prototype book the next time that we get together. Some punchy writing mixed with staged, humerous photos and decent recipes… there’s a real possibility here!
