					<description>Honestly, you might want to get a personal trainer to get you on a good path.  They can tailor the training to target certain areas and meet your personal goals as well as keep the regimen changing so you don't get bored.  But they also put you in a better routine since you know you have to meet someone at a specified time to exercise and they will make sure you do the right amount of work to get your results!

It's a bit pricey ($65/hr at the Yale Club in NYC), but I think that actually adds to the determination you get charged a fee for cancelling a session in </description>

What I am trying to say is you get charged if you cancel within 24 hrs.  I've prepaid for 10 sessions, so my frugal sensibilities kick in when I think I might want to skip and won't let me miss an appointment!</description>
